Concerned Doctors began with a simple idea that truth in medicine matters and should never be silenced, especially in a time when many doctors felt pressure to stay quiet instead of speaking honestly, and what they saw was not just a medical problem but a deeper spiritual one, where the calling to care for people was being replaced by fear, control, and outside influence, so a group of doctors chose to stand up, not because it was easy but because they believed it was right as followers of Jesus, who healed the sick, showed compassion, and always stood for truth, and they believed medicine should reflect those same values of love, honesty, and care, not politics or profit
Concerned Doctors became a place to restore trust between doctors and patients and to remind people that real healing starts with truth and seeing every person as valuable and made in the image of God, and through interviews, documentaries, and real stories, the project shares the voices of doctors who chose courage over comfort and spoke up when it mattered most, believing that patients deserve honesty, respect, and the right to make informed decisions, and even though these doctors come from different backgrounds, they are united by a shared belief that truth matters, conscience matters, and every life matters
Behind the project are producers Jase Carns and David Gornoski, who have been working together since the Ron Paul Festival at the Sun Dome in 2012, where they first connected over a shared passion for truth, freedom, and giving a voice to people who are often overlooked, and over the years they built a strong partnership, with Jase focusing on telling real stories with clarity and heart, and David becoming known not only for his thoughtful and in depth interviews with many of the doctors, but also for his own work exploring big questions about faith, culture, freedom, and human dignity, often challenging popular narratives and encouraging people to think deeper about truth and the teachings of Christ, and together they helped grow Concerned Doctors into a platform for real and courageous conversation
The message has also gone beyond the screen through large public gatherings led by a grassroots team, including Linda Oliver with The Gathering and Rebecca Rogers with Focus on America, who brought people together to stand for truth, freedom, and faith, creating real community and encouraging others to speak up
At the center of it all is Christ, because this is not just about medicine but about faith and doing what is right, remembering that Jesus is the Great Physician and that true healing begins with honesty and trust in Him, and that medicine at its best is not just about helping the body but caring for the soul as well.
